Impedance correcting device and method

The invention provides an impedance correcting device. The device comprises a time sequence device, a first transmitter, a first variable resistor, a second variable resistor and a first receiver. Thefirst variable resistor is used for receiving a first adjusting code. The second variable resistor is used for receiving a second adjusting code.
