The invention relates to a buffering type safety valve. The buffering type safety valve comprises a valve body, a valve base, a valve clack, a valve rod and a spring. The buffering type safety valve is mainly characterized in that a fixing base is arranged in the center of a channel of the valve base, and the lower end of the valve rod is fixedly installed in an inner hole of the fixing base.
