Primer set, kit and method for detecting two or more target nucleic acids

Provided is an improved means for detecting two or more target nucleic acids. The primer set according to the present invention comprises: terminal primer A which contains a polynucleotide containinga base sequence at the 3'-terminus, the base sequence being hybridizable with the 3'-terminus of a complementary sequence of a first target nucleic acid sequence; a k-headed primer which contains twopolynucleotides bound together in the 5'-terminal side, wherein one of the two polynucleotides contains a base sequence at the 3'-terminus, the base sequence being hybridizable with the 3'-terminus ofthe base sequence of a k-th target nucleic acid, and the other of the two polynucleotides contains a base sequence at the 3'-terminus, the base sequence being hybridizable with the 3'-terminus of a complementary sequence of the base sequence of a (k+1)-th target nucleic acid; and terminal primer B which contains a polynucleotide containing a base sequence at the 3'-terminus, the base sequence being hybridizable with the 3'
