Frequency point determination method and device

The invention provides a frequency point determination method and device. The method comprises the following steps: detecting N frequency points within a working frequency band of equipment to obtainN groups of working efficiency values, wherein each group of the working efficiency values comprises at least two working efficiency measurement values of each frequency point, and N is a positive integer; determining working frequency evaluation values of the N frequency points according to the N groups of the working efficiency values, wherein the working efficiency evaluation values are used toevaluate the working efficiencies of the frequency points; determining a first frequency point according to the working efficiency evaluation values of the N frequency points; and setting the first frequency point as a working frequency point of the equipment. The frequency point determination method and device adopting the technical scheme has the advantages that the N frequency points within the working frequency band o
