The control system is used for controlling actions of the actuator, and the actuator comprises a travelling device which can travel on a wire, and a wire winding device for winding a pre-twisted wire on the wire. The control system comprises an electronic control system and a ground operating system, and the actuator and the electronic control system are mounted on the frame. The power transmission line wire equipotential intelligent repairingdevice realizes automatic inspection operation of a high-tension transmission line by remote control/assisted operation of personnel on ground and automatic repairing operation of a broken strand circuit through a multi-axis positioning control system, the compact actuator and the electronic control system, a wireless transmission network and an intelligent HMI ground operating system.
