Voltage level conversion circuit and display panel driving control method

The invention provides a voltage level conversion circuit and a display panel driving control method. The voltage level conversion circuit is coupled to multiple data lines in the display panel through a multiplexer. The voltage level conversion circuit comprises a voltage level conversion unit and a control unit. The voltage level conversion unit is coupled to the multiplexer and receives the first voltage level, the second voltage level and the third voltage level. The third voltage level is higher than the second voltage level and the second voltage level is higher than the first voltage level.
