The method comprises thefollowing steps: training a BP neural network model; constructing a digital elevation model image of the calculation area into an input matrix; transmitting the input matrix into a BP neural networkmodel, and calculating to obtain an output matrix; and converting the output matrix into an annual illuminable time number matrix of the calculation region.
