Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical filed of drug detection, in particular to a method for detecting herba ephedrae, fried semen armeniacae amarum, radix glycyrrhizae and radix scutellariae in Antiasthmatic Oral Liquid for Child. A to-be-detected object is detected by a high-performance liquid chromatograph, and a chromatogram is obtained and analyzed. Accurate and qualitative identification ofthe four medicinal materials and sodium benzoate is realized by screening chromatographic peaks corresponding to the herba ephedrae, the fried semen armeniacae amarum, the radix glycyrrhizae, the radix scutellariae and sodium benzoate in the Antiasthmatic Oral Liquid for Child; the method is environmentally friendly, efficient and good in reproducibility and can be used for qualitative quality control of the Antiasthmatic Oral Liquid for Child.
