The control method comprises the following steps that human body comfort degree relevant parameters in an action space of the air conditioner are acquired; the human body comfort degree relevant parameters comprise the measured point temperature and the measured point wind speed at the position where a target user is located; according to a preset human thermal comfort value and the human body comfort degree relevant parameters, the target measured point temperature and the target measured point wind speed at the position where the target user is located are determined; a compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to be operated according to the target measured point temperature; and a fan of the air conditioner is controlled to be operated according to the target measured point wind speed.
