The method comprises the following steps: pretreating the titanium cup and then putting into a vacuum furnace; performing three-stage vacuumizing and heating treatment on the vacuum furnace, thereby finishing crystallization treatment of titanium cup surface; repeating the previous steps and performing at least twice crystallization treatment on the titanium cup; preparing a pickling solution A and pickling the titanium cup surface; preparing a pickling solution B, completely soaking the titanium cup into the pickling solution B and cleaning for 60-120s; hanging the titanium cup on an anode of an anodic oxidation tank through a fixing device, taking a pickled titanium sheet and setting as a cathode of the anodic oxidation tank; preparing an electrolyte and completely soaking the anode and the cathode into the electrolyte; connecting the anode and the cathode, applying 1-150V direct current voltage, triggering oxidation reactio
