Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for recovering valuable metal from zinc anode mud. The method comprises the steps of providing activated zinc anode mud; mixing and calcining the zinc anode mud, metal sulfide and potassium permanganate and immersing in water to obtain a manganese sulfate leachate; recovering manganese from the manganese sulfate leachate. According to the method, the zinc anode mud, the metal sulfide and the potassium permanganate are mixed and calcined, and oxygen generated by decomposition of the potassium permanganate is utilized to oxidize the metal sulfide to produce sulfur dioxide. At the same time, high-activity manganese dioxide produced by the decomposition of potassium permanganate is utilized to stimulate reaction of the manganese dioxide in the zinc anode mud and the intermediate product sulfur dioxide, so that most of the solid manganese oxide in the anode mud is reduced to manganese sulfate and enters a solution by water immersion, and zinc, silver and lead remain in the leach r |
