Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a kit for detecting human matrix metalloproteinase 1 by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The kit uses mRNA as a template to carry out reverse transcription and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in a same reaction system without opening a tube cover in the reaction process, so that cross contamination is avoided and the mRNA expression of the human matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP1) in a specimen can be accurately quantified.
