Extraction method of volatile oil in radix curcumae

The invention relates to an extraction method of volatile oil in radix curcumae. The method comprises the following steps of taking dried radix curcumae; performing slicing; then, crushing the radix curcumae into powder; sieving the powder by a sieve being 50 to 200 meshes to obtain radix curcumae powder; adding 2 to 5 times of mass of organic solvents; performing ultrasonic treatment for 20 to 40min; removing at least 70 percent of organic solvents through distillation or reduced pressure distillation; adding 4 to 6 times of mass of sodium chloride water; performing 150 to 200 W microwave extraction; after the complete extraction, collecting an oil phase; adding drying agents; performing drying; eliminating residual organic solvents through distillation or reduced pressure distillation to obtain volatile oil. The ultrasonic treatment is firstly performed through organic solvents; physical crushing is realized in the ultrasonic treatment process, so that most volatile oil is dissolvedin the solvents; next, th
