Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to graphene-containing polyurea-based lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof. The lubricating grease is prepared from, in percentage by weight, 8-20% of a polyurea thickener, 0.1-15% of graphene and 0-8% of a functional additive, wherein the graphene participates in a saponification reaction after pre-reacting with organic amine. The graphene-containing polyurea-based lubricating grease prepared by adopting the method can ensure that the graphene is uniformly distributed in the lubricating grease in the form of a single layer or a thin layer, and the carbon atomic structure of the graphene is reduced. The lubricating grease has excellent protection performance and can be used in a marine environment for a long time.
本发明是种含石墨烯的聚脲基润滑脂及其制备方法,该润滑脂是由基础油,占润滑脂总重量8%~20%的聚脲稠化剂,0.1%~15%的石墨烯,以及0~8%的功能添加剂组成,石墨烯是经过与有机胺预反应后参与到皂化反应中。采用该方法制备的含石墨烯的脲基润滑脂能够保证石墨烯以单层或薄层的形态均匀分布于润滑脂中,并且其碳原子结构得到还原。该润滑脂具有优异的防护性能,可在海洋环境下长期使用。 |
