Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bio-based photo-curable prepolymer and a preparation method thereof. The prepolymer is prepared from 7-28 parts of diisocyanate, 4-32 parts of an acrylate monomer containinghydroxyl group, 8-24 parts of a polyol prepolymer, 30-70 parts of polylactic acid polyol, 1-5 parts of a polymerization inhibitor and 0.1-1 part of a catalyst. Through a large quantity of experiments,optimum raw material formula and ratio are screened out, and through a large quantity of experiments, the optimum synthesis process is selected. The whole preparation method has reasonable design. The bio-based photo-curable prepolymer not only has great hardness, flexibility and glossiness but also is high in curing speed; by means of a bio-based material, the product is good in energy-saving and environment-friendly performance and has excellent technical effects.
