Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses dendrobium chryseum acidic polysaccharose as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the method, dendrobium chryseum stems are used as materials to be dried and crushed to obtain dendrobium chryseum dry powder; extraction is performed by using an alkali water extraction and alcohol precipitation method; and the dendrobium chryseum acidic polysaccharose is obtained through degreasing, alkaline liquid leaching, alcohol precipitation, deproteinization, micromolecule removal and freezing drying. The obtained polysaccharose is of an alpha structure, and the molecular weight Mw is equal to 5.78*104 Da, wherein the uronic acid content is 292.2 mg/g. The polysaccharose has obvious immunological enhancement activity, and can be applied to immunological enhancement medicine. 本发明公开了种迭鞘石斛酸性多糖及其制备方法与应用,该方法是以迭鞘石斛茎为材料,经烘干粉碎获得迭鞘石斛干粉,采用碱水提醇沉的方法提取,经脱脂、碱水浸提、醇沉、去蛋白、除小分子、冷冻干燥获得迭鞘石斛酸性多糖。所得多糖为α-构型,分子量为Mw=5.78×104 Da,其中糖醛酸含量为292.2 mg/g。该多糖具有显著的免疫增强活性,可用于提高免疫药物中应用。
