The portable plate side edge strip cutting device comprise a cutting main body arranged in a cuboid shape, and is structurallycharacterized in that the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the cutting main body are both provided with two inserting parts which are formed by linear equidistant arrangement of blind holes, the inserting parts are arranged in parallel with the side edges of the cutting main body, the inserting parts are matched with clamping plates capable of automatically resetting after moving, acutting knife is arranged on the side face, located between the clamping plates, of the cutting main body, the cutting knife and the side face located between the clamping plates are obliquely arranged, a discharging hole which is located on the same straight line with the cutting knife is formed in the cutting main body, and auxiliary knifes which are parallel to the cutting knife are arranged onthe clamping plates.
