In the invention, by processing the instable grease into the O/W emulsion and then with the O/W emulsion being the waterphase, preparing the W/O emulsified liquid, and finally preparing the W/O/W emulsion, the emulsion has good stability and is basically not changed in color. The stability and activity of the instablegrease can be improved.
