The method comprises connecting the outermost grain storage points in a granary according to the distribution of the grain storage points in the granary to establish a mathematical model for the distribution of the grain storage points; if the established mathematical model can be decomposed into basic graphics, decomposing the established mathematical model into at least two basic graphics; according to the relationship between the size of each of the basic graphics and the effective data transmission radius of a measurement and control extension, calculating the minimum number of measurement and control extensions required for each basic graphic to obtain the total number ofmeasurement and control extensions required by the granary; according to the total number of measurement and control extensions, arranging the measurement and control extensions in the granary.
