Zusammenfassung: | A method for optimizing the post-weld coupling efficiency of a key position of an optical interconnection module. 32 groups of experimental combinations were designed by response surface methodology,T32 sets of simulation models were established according to the 32 sets of experimental parameters, and then the functional relationship between the coupling efficiency of the key position of the optical interconnect module and the key factors was obtained by using the response surface method. The variance analysis of the obtained functional equation was carried out and the validity of the regression equation was confirmed. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the regression equation, and the initial population generation, crossover, mutation and evolutionary inversion operations are carriedout in turn to obtain the optimal combination which is most conducive to improving the coupling efficiency of the key position of the optical interconnect module after welding.
