The invention relates to a device and a detection method for double-sided CCD detection of a circuit board. The device comprises a fixed plate, a slide rail group and CCD cameras. The fixed plate drives the circuit board to roll on the slide rail group to finish CCD detection of the circuit board in the rolling process. The oppositely arranged CCD cameras photograph when the fixed plate passes thesecond and third fixed points of a track at a low speed to achieve quick detection of two sides at different angles at the same time, so that the detection accuracy is improved.
