Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for evaluating an antioxidant function of a fruit juice beverage. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps:n by taking aronia melanocarpa and blueberries as raw materials, performing in-vitro DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging rate and reducing capacity comparison and ROS level detection in changliver cells by virtueof a scientific composition so as to obtain a formula of the aronia melanocarpa compound beverage with the optimal antioxidant effect; acting the beverage of the formula on mice suffering from oxidative damage according to high and low doses, and detecting the content of AST, ALT, reductive GSH, SOD and MDA in hepatic tissues of the mice. The evaluation method has the characteristics of being systematic, rapid, accurate and high in bio-correlation, and can serve as an evaluation method for screening the antioxidant activity of the beverage formula.
