Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of noise reduction of turbofan engines, and in particular relates to a noise-reducing and exhausting assembly for a turbofan engine. The assembly comprisesan outer culvert barrel, an intermediate body and a lobe mixer, wherein one end of the outer culvert barrel is an inlet end while the other end of the culvert barrel is an outlet; the inlet end is connected to a short cabin of the turbofan engine; the intermediate body is arranged in the outer culvert barrel and is provided with a connecting end and a free end opposite to the connecting end; theconnecting end is connected to a back casing of the turbofan engine; the diameter of the intermediate body shrinks gradually from the connecting end to the free end; and the lobe mixer is arranged between the outer culvert barrel and the intermediate body, and is provided with a connecting part connected to the back casing; a lobe on the lobe mixer is connected to the connecting part and stretchesto the direction far away
