The method comprises the following steps that crucibles are arrangedon a crucible placing platform in an array mode, various needed metal powder/particles are placed in independent storage devices, the movement path and the movement speed of each storage device duringdischarging are controlled through a PLC, the content of the each kind of metal powder/particles entering the corresponding crucible is adjusted by selecting the sizes of discharge ports of the storage devices and controlling the movement speed during discharging so that the content of the alloy chemical components in all the crucibles can be continuously changed; after proportioning is completed, vacuumizing is carried out on melting cavities, moreover, protective gas is introduced into the melting cavities, and then powder/particles in the crucibles in an array mode is melt; when the components of the melt are unifo |
