Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses fluorescence quantitative reference genes suitable for fruits of clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb. of different provenances, primers and application of the fluorescence quantitative internal reference genes. The reference genes are a 18S gene and an EF-1A gene, wherein the gene sequence of the 18S gene is shown in SEQ ID NO. 5, and the gene sequence of the EF-1A gene is shownin SEQ ID NO. 11. Based on existing disclosed genes, candidate genes with stable expression are screened, the stability of the candidate genes is evaluated through software, thus the reference genessuitable for the fruits of the clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb. of the different provenances and expressed most stably are obtained, and the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR primers are designedbased on the genes; and reference genes under the different stages of the fruits of the clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb. of the different provenances appear for the first time, strong support is provided for accurate quantifica
