Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an application of a preparation of a RPSS27 and/C16orf89 gene and an expression product thereof in preparing a diagnostic preparation of osteoarthritis. The inventor screens theRPSS27 and C16orf89 genes based on a high-throughput sequencing result, and further verifies a low expression result of the RPSS27 and/C16orf89 gene in osteoarthritis tissues through a molecular biology method. An agonist thereof can be used for preparing a drug for treating osteoarthritis.
