The invention provides a tire tread rubber composition with high wet grasping property and low rolling resistance. Based on 100 parts by weight of rubber main ingredients, the tire tread rubber composition contains the following components in parts by weight: rubber auxiliary materials including 75-90 parts of a filling reinforcing agent, 6-10 parts of a silane coupling agent, 5-20 parts of a plasticizer, 4-6.0 parts of an anti-aging agent, 4-6 parts of an active agent and 3.5-5.5 parts of a vulcanization system; and the rubber main ingredients include 80-90 parts of modified styrene-butadienecopolymers and 20-30 parts of polybutadiene rubber.
