Solid-phase synthesis method of vinyl indole compound

The invention discloses a solid-phase synthesis method of a vinyl indole compound. The solid-phase synthesis method comprises the following steps: step (1): under the protection of nitrogen gas, immersing prepared PSSS (Polystyrene Sodium Sulfonate) resin; adding anhydrous zinc chloride and a compound (2) and stirring and reacting; continually adding a compound (1) and stirring and reacting; adding a triethylamine solution and stopping reaction; and filtering to prepare resin; step (2): washing the resin prepared in step (1) to obtain intermediate resin; and step (3): immersing the intermediate resin washed in step (2) and dropwise adding an H2O2 solution into a reaction container containing the intermediate resin and reacting; after raising the temperature to 20 to 25 DEG C, continually reacting; adding a saturated NaHSO3 solution and stopping reaction; filtering, washing, standing and layering; extracting a water layer and combining an organic layer; and drying, filtering and concentrating to obtain the vin
