Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a crystalline glass material as well as raw material composition and a preparation method thereof. The crystalline glass material is prepared from, in terms of weight of oxide,65-75 parts by weight of SiO2, 1-2 parts by weight of Al2O3, 4-8 parts by weight of CaO, 10-12 parts by weight of Na2O, 2-4 parts by weight of K2O, 0.8-1.5 parts by weight of ZnO and 4-8 parts by weight of BaO. The crystalline glass material contains no sodium nitrate, fluoride or arsenic oxide, and high-valent cerium is introduced as a clarifying agent and continuously releases oxygen in a glassmelting process to play a good clarifying role. The crystalline glass material has the advantages of being harmless and environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了种晶质玻璃材料、其原料组合物及制造方法。其晶质玻璃材料以氧化物的重量计包括65-75重量份的SiO、1-2重量份的AlO、4-8重量份的CaO、10-12重量份的NaO、2-4重量份的KO、0.8-1.5重量份的ZnO、4-8重量份的BaO。本发明的晶质玻璃材料中不含硝酸钠、氟化物、氧化砷,引入高价铈作为澄清剂,其在玻璃熔化过程中持续放出氧,起到很好的澄清作用。本发明的晶质玻璃材料具有无害环保的优点。 |
