The steel pipe end grinding and derusting device comprises a moving trolley, an operating platform, an outer pipe grinding assembly and an inner pipe grinding assembly. The outer pipe grinding assembly comprises an outer grinding wheel set and a compacting wheel set. The outer grinding wheel set is composed of two outer grinding wheels which are arranged in a straight line. A steel pipe is arranged on the upper portions of the two outer grinding wheels, and rotary shafts of the two outer grindingwheels are matched with a driving motor through a same synchronous belt.
