A structure comprises an electric drive seat, a controller, a multi-cavity dehydration device, a drainage seat, a transmission base seat, moving wheels, a drive motor and a rotating wheel transmission belt. The electric drive seat is connected with an upper surfaceof one end of the transmission base seat; an upper surface of the other end of the transmission base seat is connected with a multi-cavity dehydration device; the controller is arranged on a front end surface of the electric drive seat and electrically connected with the drive motor; the drive motor is arranged on the inner surface of the electric drive seat; a lower end surface of the drive motor is arranged on the inner surface of the transmission base seat and in a nesting connection with one end of the rotating wheel transmission belt.
