The invention provides a placement machine and a placement system. The placement machine includes a positioning camera, a placement machine body, and a mechanical arm body. The positioning camera is connected to placement machine body through the mechanical arm body, and includes a housing, a first lens and a second lens. The housing is connected to the mechanical arm body. The first lens and thesecond lens are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the housing. The positioning camera of the placement machine adopts a single camera and double lens structure, which makes the structure of the camera more compact.
