Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-low-temperature-impact-resistant organic silicon impregnating resin for rail traffic and a preparation method of the resin. The organic silicon impregnating resin comprises, by weight, 70-99 parts of organic silicon resin, 1-30 parts of toughening organic silicon modified resin and 0.001-0.01 part of platinum complex catalysts. Compared with the prior art, the organic silicon impregnating resin has excellent performances of conventional insulating paint, further has high heat-resistant index and good high-low-temperature cold and hot impact resistance and can meet use requirements of a rail traffic motor set. 本发明公开了种轨道交通用耐高低温冲击有机硅浸渍树脂及其制备方法,有机硅浸渍树脂包括如下重量份数计的组分:有机硅树脂70~99份、增韧型有机硅改性树脂1~30份、铂金络合物催化剂0.001~0.01份。相对于已有技术,本发明提供的有机硅浸渍树脂除具有常规绝缘漆的优良性能外,还具有耐热指数高、耐高低温冷热冲击力好,能够满足轨道交通电机组的使用要求。
