The method includes thoroughly cleaning the fish scales, then drying the fish scales and carrying out calcium removal treatment; carrying out low-temperature pre-carbonation; carrying out hydrothermal nitrogen doping treatment on pre-carbonated samples; ultimately forming pores by the aid of chemical activation processes and carrying out high-temperature carbonization and heat preservation procedures to obtain classification porous carbon.
