Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an aluminum alloy low-solid-phase pressure casting control method and system. The method includes the following steps that 1, molten aluminum temperature in a holding furnace is acquired; 2, whether the acquired molten aluminum temperature is within a set range or not is judged; and 3, if the molten aluminum temperature is within the set range, a pressure casting machine iscontrolled to start working in an automatic mode, or else, the pressure casting machine is controlled to be switched off and an alarm is given.
