Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method for porphyrin sensitizer and nanocomposite material of a multi-wall carbon nanotube and a non-enzyme electrochemical sensor. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing a mixture of carboxylation multi-wall carbon nanotube; preparing a mixture of tetra-n-octylammonium bromide; preparing a mixture of the porphyrin sensitizer; and preparing the porphyrin sensitizer and the nanocomposite material of the multi-wall carbon nanotube. The catalytic ability and the electrochemical behavior of the sensor to AA are studied through a cyclic voltammetry and a chronoampermetry by using the ascorbic acid as a detection object. The catalysis of the non-enzyme sensor compositely modified by TOAB/YD/MC/GCE to AA is in the linear range of 3.3-1853.5 [mu]M, the sensitivity is up to 19.16 [mu]A/mM, and the detection limit is 0.124 M.
