Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a kit for detecting human matrix metalloproteinase 11 by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction). The kit takes mRNA as atemplate to carry out reverse transcription and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in the same reaction system without opening a pipe cover in a reaction process, so that cross-contamination is avoided, and the mRNA expression of the human matrix metalloproteinase 11 (MMP11) in a specimen can be accurately and quantitatively detected. The kit can be used for clinical and scientific researchesto detect the expression of the MMP11 in a surgically resected specimen of a colorectal cancer of a patient, so as to realize auxiliary diagnosis, guiding treatment and prognosis for colorectal cancer patients.
