High-toughness ageing-resistant water-based inorganic paint and processing method thereof

The invention relates to high-toughness ageing-resistant water-based inorganic paint and a processing method of the inorganic paint. The paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:30-70 parts of butyl acrylate, 20-60 parts of acrylonitrile, 3-5 parts of acrylic acid-dimethylamino ethyl ester, 3-8 parts of cross-linking agent, 3-9 parts of ethylene coupling agent, 1.8-2.5 partsof o pi-10 phosphate, 1.8-2.5 parts of o pi-10, 0.8-1.0 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.8-1.0 part of sodium hydrogen sulfite and 250-300 parts of deionized water. A test of comparing the inorganic paint with water-based inorganic paint taking sodium silicate as a main material by a common natural exposure aging test method of the paint for up to 7 months in spring, summer and winter; a test result shows that 10 test plates with the inorganic paint are free from the cracks and more serious defects; coatings are free from yellowing or color change and have obviously better rigidity, water resistance and solvent resistan
