Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-strength and flame-retardant polycarbonate composite and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problem that the conventional polycarbonate composite cannot integrate high flame retardance and high strength. The high-strength and flame-retardant polycarbonate composite is prepared from 50-90 parts of polycarbonate, 1.0-1.5 parts of polyisobutene, 1.0-5.0 partsof a phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant, 0.5-0.8 parts of phosphorus-containing maleimide ester, 2.0-3.0 parts of hydrotalcite powder, 10-15 parts of condensed polynuclear aromatic resin,2.0-4.0 parts of a nitrogen flame retardant, 1.0-2.0 parts of sodium perfluorooctanesulfonate, 0.5-0.7 parts of kaolin, 0.01-10 parts of an anti-drip agent, 2.0-4.0 parts of glass fiber, 3.0-5.0 partsof an impact modifier, 5.0-8.0 parts of a flexibilizer and 1.0-1.5 parts of an antioxidant; the raw materials are mixed in proportion and subjected to extrusion and granulation.
