The invention discloses an Oracle timely mounting and restoring system based on timing backup, which comprises a backup module, a backup storage module, a snapshot generation module, a mount recoverymodule module and a replica mounting module. The backup module is used to back up the original data of a database, and to back up the newly added data in a database server, the backup storage module is used for storing the data of the original backup and the newly added backup to a database log server. The snapshot generation module is configured to generate a copy of the backup at the network memory storage end after each backup is finished. The mount recovery module is used for selecting a time point when the data needs to be recovered, and rolling back the network memory to the replica corresponding to the time point, and the replica mounting module is used to mount a replica of the mount recovery module rollback to the database log server. The invention can simplify the data use flow,improve the timeliness of
