According to the method, phosphoric acid is added into sugarcane mixed juice within 12 hours after the production interruption of the initial juicing stage of a sulfite clarification process, and the pH is adjustedto 6.5-7.5 with lime milk; after primary heating, the product is cooled to 45-55 DEG C, dextranase is added, the concentration of dextranase in the sugar juice is controlled to be 0.01-0.10U/mL, and the enzymatic hydrolysis time is controlled to be 10-30min; after the end of enzymatic hydrolysis, the sulfitation is performed, and the intensity of sulfitation is 10-16CC; sedimentation and filtration are carried out after heating and boiling, so that the clear juice is obtained.
