Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of rice molecular breeding, and particularly relates to a molecular marker of rice number of grain per ear gene NOG1 and application thereof. The rice number of grain per ear gene NOG1 is proliferated through a primer with the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-2 to obtain the nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 3. The marker is designed aiming at the function variation sequence of NOG1 gene and is a gene function marker, so that no inheritance exchange occurs, and the marker does not need to be subjected to phenotype identification. The beneficial alleles of NOG1 locus in the rice can be accurately and efficiently identified by utilizing the molecular marker, and the molecular marker can be widely applied to assistant selective breeding ofrice and allele molecular identification of NOG1 locus in the rice.
