The invention relates to an aircraft telex braking system for enhancing the braking capability of a take-off line and a control method. The aircraft telex braking system is realized by ensuring the configuration of a braking system, additionally arranging system accessories, and switching oil passages by using a hydraulic switch and an electric valve and enabling the braking pressure delivered tobraking wheels to meet the requirement of braking high pressure of the aircraft take-off line, so that the braking of the aircraft take-off line is ensured. In the braking of the take-off line, as long as the hydraulic braking pressure output by an electro-hydraulic servo valve is greater than a preset value, the hydraulic switch closes the oil circuit, and the electric valve is started to switchthe oil passage to directly output the high-pressure hydraulic pressure of a pressure supply source of the braking system to a wheel braking device to implement braking operation of the take-off line.According to the aircraft
