Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method and application technology for a nickel-based powder brazing material, and belongs to the field of nickel-based brazing materials. The preparation method for the nickel-based powder brazing material comprises the following steps that (1) the raw materials are smelted by utilizing a vacuum arc furnace to prepare an alloy ingot, wherein the raw materials comprise B, Al, Sr, W, Fe and Ni; (2) the alloy ingot is atomized in an atomizing chamber, the atomization pressure is 1.5-3.0 MPa, after atomization is completed, argon is blown into the atomizing chamber to reach the atmospheric pressure, and the nickel-based powder brazing material obtained after gas atomization is collected; (3) the nickel-based powder brazing material is sieved according to the particle size; and (4) the nickel-based powder brazing material particles are scanned by using a scanning electron microscope.
