Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, a control valve (3) provides a fuel shut-off valve. The control valve provides a valve (11) for opening and closing a ventilation passage of a fuel tank (2). The control valve is provided with a float (51) for closing the valve by moving in a valve closing direction while floating on fuel, and for opening the valve by moving in a valve opening direction, that is, in a direction opposite to the valve closing direction. The control valve has an auxiliary member (71) having a predetermined weight. The auxiliary member comes into contact with the float so as to cause theweight thereof to act on the float in the valve opening direction, or moves away from the float so as not to cause the weight thereof to act on the float in the valve closing direction. The control valve provides a liquid level-sensitive valve that operates in response to a liquid level of fuel. The control valve provides a tilt-sensitive valve that operates in response to a tilt angle of the control valve. The auxiliary
