Membrane separation activated sludge apparatus

The membrane separation activated sludge apparatus according to an embodiment has a membrane separation tank, a membrane unit and a fixing member. The membrane separation tank has a first water impervious sheet and a panel unit. The first water impervious sheet is formed in a bottomed cylinder shape, in which water to be treated can be stored, and has a bottom sheet wall. The panel unit is configured by combining multiple panels and supports the first water impervious sheet from the outside. The membrane unit is disposed inside the membrane separation tank and separates the water to be treatedinto treated water and contaminating substances.
