Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of circulating water systems of thermal power plants along the river or the coast, in particular, a system optimization control method for open circulating water cooling end. The existing system control method for coastal open circulating water cooling end ignores the influence of tidal level on the consumption of circulating water pump. Regardless of the operational reliability of other equipment, the invention provides a system optimization control method for open circulating water cooling end. The control method aimed the characteristics that the operationof the open circulating water cooling end system along the coast (along the river) is affected by multiple external environmental factors. The optimization control of circulating water pump is realized based on comprehensive consideration of equipment safety and reliability, such as the minimum pressure pmin and the cold end system economy of circulating water master pipe through multi-variable input such as load, tidal
