The primers include an upstream primer (shown as SEQ ID NO: 1) and a downward primer (shown as SEQ ID NO: 2). The specific primers are designed according to regional characteristics of genetic polymorphism; a DNA fragment containing a conserved region and a polymorphic region is acquired by PCR (polymerase chain reaction); whether PvMSP-3alpha gene mutates can be identified through sequencing and analysis; the gene type being wild or mutant can be distinguished then.
