Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for microbial degradation of total petroleum hydrocarbons. The method comprises: carrying out air drying on the bottom sediment of waste oil-based drilling fluid by an air blower, adjusting the pH value to 6-8, and adjusting the water content to not more than 10%; adding 0.2-0.5 g of SQ-1 engineering bacteria, 0.1-0.4 g of SQ-2 engineering bacteria, and 1-5 ml ofSQ-3 engineering bacteria to per kg of the solid phase sediment, and adding water to achieve a humidity of 20%; and finally adding 0.1-0.4 g of NH4NO3 and 0.1-0.3 g of KH2PO4, and treating for 50-60 days in a 24-31 DEG C warm environment, wherein the humidity of the solid phase sediment is maintained at 30-40% by adding water. According to the present invention, through the synergetic effect of the three engineering bacteria, the oil-based drilling fluid petroleum hydrocarbons are rapidly degraded, and the disadvantages of harsh temperature range, poor salt tolerance of the microbial agent, less degradation components
