The automatic positioning and transferring production line comprises a rack, an aluminum plate feeding mechanism, an aluminum plate transferring mechanism, an aluminum cushion block transferring mechanism, a middle frame aluminum part positioning mechanism and a suction transferring mechanism. At least three positioning nails located on the same line are convexly arranged in an aluminum plate positioning area and are located on the inner sides of end folded edge storage grooves andside folded edge storage grooves. An aluminum cushion block positioning area is located on the inner side of an aluminum plate positioning area. The outer end of a cushion block feed groove penetratesthrough a positioning mold plate.
